No. Online serial codes for City of Villains purchased from PlayNC are for the Standard Edition of the game, not the Collector’s Edition. Accounts created with these codes will not get the costume options from the Collector’s Edition.
The only way to get these special goodies (along with the extra stuff in the box itself) is to buy a Collector’s Edition box.
